Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
All pre-orders and back-order will be delivered within 2-3 days of product coming into stock. You will be notified and updated of estimated times.

International Shipping

Yes we ship internationally. Please be aware of additional costs that you may need to face dependant on the country you are ordering from.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, contact us to confirm availability. Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
