HOW DOES THE CANDLE REFILL SYSTEM WORK?
Our refill system makes it easy to reuse your candle jars. Once your candle has burned down simply clean out the jar and insert a new wax refill. Each refill fits perfectly into your original Buhn Candle vessel giving you the same quality and burn time without the waste. You can choose from our full range of scents when it’s time for a new refill.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY CANDLE JAR BEFORE USING A REFILL?
To clean out your candle jar first let the wax cool and harden then place the jar in the freezer for a few hours. Once the wax has fully hardened gently pop it out with a spoon or butter knife. Wipe the inside of the jar clean with a cloth and your vessel will be ready for a new wax refill.
ARE YOUR CANDLES SAFE TO USE AROUND PETS?
Yes Buhn Candles are safe to burn in homes with pets. Our candles are made with non-toxic phthalate-free fragrances and natural soy wax. Ensuring a safe environment for your furry friends. However we always recommend keeping lit candles out of reach of pets for their safety.
HOW LONG DO BUHN CANDLES LAST?
Each Buhn Candle offers approximately 40 hours of burn time thanks to the slow-burning properties of natural soy wax. To ensure you get the most out of your candle burn it for 3-4 hours at a time and follow proper candle care such as trimming the wick before each use.
HOW DO I PROPERLY CARE FOR MY CANDLE?
To ensure a long-lasting, clean burn follow these simple candle care tips:
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to prevent soot and ensure a steady flame.
Let the wax melt to the edges on the first burn to avoid tunneling.
Burn for no more than 3-4 hours at a time for best results.
Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CANDLE ISN’T BURNING PROPERLY?
If you’re having issues like uneven burning or excess soot check that the wick is trimmed to ¼ inch before lighting. Make sure the candle is placed on a flat, stable surface and avoid drafts which can cause uneven burning. If you continue to experience problems please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day. Delivery typically takes between 1-5 working days to arrive, depending on your location. Once your order is on its way you can track it using the provided tracking number. If there are any unexpected delays we’ll reach out with an updated delivery date.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE?
Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched the delivery date cannot be changed. If you’re not available when delivery is attempted the carrier will leave a card with further instructions, including how to reschedule delivery, change the delivery address, or choose pick-up options.

Our delivery costs are based on Royal Mail and courier services. Here's a breakdown:
United Kingdom: £3.50
UK Express Shipping: £5 with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or UPS Next Day service (please note, dispatch time remains the same).
